Working for Telecity Group, our scope of works encompassed everything from the decoration of all base build walls and the installation of new ceilings throughout to decorations to new partitioned walls and the installation of new fire exit door sets.

- Cat A strip-out
- Removal of all existing suspended ceilings, partitions storage cupboards breakout areas and floor coverings
- Installation of new ceilings (5400m2) throughout
- Cat B fit out
- Installation of new Sektor 110 plasterboard partitions and Sektor 25 glazed office fronts with new solid Oak veneered doors in a Sektor 25 slimline aluminium door frame.
- Installation of new kitchen breakout areas
- Decoration of all base build walls
- Replacement of raised access flooring in certain areas
- New fire exit door sets installed throughout
- Decorations to new partitioned walls
